A great pool day...

WE had such a busy week last week that it was so nice to go to the pool for the afternoon and just relax... or course there is not much relaxing when there is one mom and 4 kids. One of our friends had the kids over to swim and they loved it. I have tried to talk Tom into a pool but all I got was an above ground one that is 4 ft deep. I guess that will be better than nothing this summer. Dylan really loved the pool but did not like being confined into a float at all! Mr. Independent!

Chase Graduates Kindergarten

Chase is an official 1st grader now and I really cannot believe it. He had a little graduation at the school last week and got his diploma.

Last week we were thrilled to have another visit from Uncle Ellorbee. He surprised Tom with a birthday cake which thrilled the kids. Although the visit was short it was great to see him again and for him to get to spend some time with the kids. As you can see Dylan really wanted to show off his pool!

Recital Day

Carleigh and I had so much fun playing to get ready for the recital this morning. She wanted me to hot roll her hair which turned out to be... well you can see. We did make her beautiful and she did a great job at the recital today. She had so much fun and cannot wait to start back in the fall!

Carleigh's Dress Rehersal

We had Carleigh's dress rehersal yesterday and today is her big day. She did so great yesterday and I just pray she will do the same today. She loved the "Big Stage" and she danced like a star. I of course signed up to be backstage mom and loved every minute of it!!!

Let's Go Racing!!

We took the boys yesterday to the Nascar Allstar Race and it was such a treat for all of us. We spent the whole day there, went to all the trailers and tailgated and had a great time. We were all sunburned and tired by the time the race started but the boys were such troopers, especially when Dale Jr. started to lead! We had a great day and cannot wait to go back next year.

Sorry no updates for a while but we have been computerless. Here is some recent picts of Dylan who is now 13 months. He loved being in his little pool with Carleigh this past week since it was so warm. I cannot wait for summer and having all the kids here and not having to run so much!

Our Dancing Beauty

Carleigh has enjoyed dance so much this year. Her teacher Miss Whitney has been wonderful and Carleigh has really learned a lot. Tom and I got to go into class today to watch one last time before her big recital. She is doing "The Conga" and let me tell you she really gets into it!

Almost Walking

Dylan has finally decided that it is time to walk. He takes a few steps here and there but he is very good chasing his brothers and sister with his walker.

A weekend visit..

We were so excited to have my cousin Jesse and his wife Theresa and little Mackenzie to visit this weekend. We will be even more excited if they really decide to move here like they want to. Mackenzie fit right in with the gang and really loved Meme! Come back soon....for good!

Soccer Time

The boys started back soccer last week which is their favorite sport. They are so excited. Saturday was suppose to be their first game and they were dressed and ready only to get to the field and it start raining. Such disappointment. They still got to play around some before. Hunter is on the "Big Boy " team now and it is amazing how serious they take it at that age. I guess I really am a soccer mom!
