Spring Break at Folly Beach

We spent spring break in Charleston at Folly Beach. The kids loved it especially since their cousins Riley and Reese were there. That made it even more fun. Although Daddy did not get to go and the missed ALOT...they really had fun. No fears of the ocen AT ALL!! We also went to the aquarium and the pool and everything else we could find to do. Mom is VERY TIRED but as long as they enjoyed themselves it was worth it.

We Are Ready for Summer!!!

We enjoyed our first day on the lake today and it really made us crave the summer coming. The boys had a blast and so did Carleigh. She enjoyed it much more this year than last. It was a beuatiful day. We cooked out at Uncle Marc and Aunt Kerri's and then went for a boat ride. Hopefully this weather will last because the boys will be ready to go again next weekend.

Carleigh and I went to a friends birthday party that she really enjoyed yesterday. The theme was flowers and so they got to plant their own flower. All Carleigh cared about was filling all the pots she could find with dirt and then playing in the dirt. Like I have said a million times....she might get dirty but she will still have a dress and a bow!!!

What a Day....

After this past week of cold weather eveybody was so glad to get out and play today. Hunter had his friend that just moved out of the neighborhood come home from school so the whole gang was here. We had an ice cream party and played until dark... so much fun. Anna Kate and Lauren came over also and so the girls played in the front and the boys in the back. Of course the kids were exhausted tonight so bedtime was not a problem.

T-R-O-U-B-L-E

You know you are in trouble when you do not hear the kids for awhile and it hits you that you haven't hear MAMA for a while. Carleigh seems to do that often now! Just a little of the messes she makes....of course her brothers are teaching her well!!!

Animal Kingdom

The last day we went to the Animal Kingdom. It was the perfect day for it since it was very laid back and everyone was pretty tired. Chase finally decided that he liked the characters and then wanted his picture made with all of them. We rode the safari...very neat and the kids got to see alot of animals. We really lucked out with a front row seat to the parade. Of course the boys had to show off their shark tatoos....they really thought they were cool. What a great trip we had.

Day 2 of Sea World

We went back to Sea World on Wednesday and the kids loved all they saw. We saw the penguins,sharks, fed the sea lions, and saw the dolphin and whale show. The boys also enjoyed "bungy jumping". Carleigh still just sat back in her stroller and took it all in. I think she was amazed. Chase loved the sharks and the manatees...mom's favorite. Hunter said he liked everything. Another fun day...but by this time this Mom was getting very tired! The kids were doing better than me at this point!

Magic Kingdom

Carleigh just sat back in the stroller and took it all in. Mickey really liked MeMe!!

The second day we went to the Magic Kingdom and the look on the kids face made it all worth while. They were speechless. All the characters were there to greet as we came in. Chase and Carleigh really didn't like the characters that much but Hunter loved them. The boys favorite thing was the the Buzz Lightyear Ride. Carliegh loved the bear jamboree. She danced the whole time. Although I think that the boys really loved the monarail best of all!

Sea World

The First day we got there we went to Sea World for just a couple of hours. The kids were dying to go somewhere so we went to see the night shows. Shamu was a little hormonal though and would not let any of the other whales do their show. She did her show and then blocked the gate so that the other whales could not get out. It was pretty funny. the trainers said that almost never happens. The kids loved it and it gave them a taste of what was to come for the rest of the week.

Well we made it home from Disney and it was such an experience. We really had a great time. Here are a few pictures but I will post more later. Tom and I were more exhausted than the kids. Thank goodness MeMe went with us or I don't know if we would have survived. The weather was perfect and the kids did better than we ever expected. It really was a great trip!
